In the building where she lives, most of the parents are divorced.
The children often come to her apartment where she welcomes
and offers them a meal.
Some of the parents never cook, she explained, and that’s why she became
an institution for the children in this house.
Herself a mother of three boys, she understands her social engagement
as an act of nutritional education for the children but not only.

Cooking for her is a political act and a discussion at the end of the service
is part of this culinary happening.

A real source of knowledge about the food nutritional benefit she is.
To use an ingredient in its entirety is her philosophy and plenty preparations are overcrowding her kitchen space.
Vegetarian or vegan, with easiness she adapts her cooking to every visitors wish.
